You’re invited….Everyday Healing Habits workshop

Today I’m celebrating… I’m celebrating being here right now.. being able to bring a glimpse of light to those who are going through the rollercoaster of emotions following the end of a long term relationship.

Over the past few months I’ve been putting together a workshop for people to move forward in their life after a long term relationship loss… When I say relationship loss – I mean separated, divorced, death or loss of a long term friendship.

💔 When I left my 20+ year marriage, I found that there was plenty of FB support groups for women following separations/divorce, there were even a few for people who had divorced beyond 50 years of age (like myself) – but what I experienced was that these were mainly people venting their anger or posting uplifting quotes (I’ve been guilty of doing that too!)….Most of my friends weren’t able to relate to what I was experiencing…sometimes I didn’t even have the words or energy to talk about what I was experiencing. It was tough.

🤔 I started studying again to gain my coaching credentials…first by being coached and then coaching others. This helped me move forward and understand myself so, so, so much…why I did what I did and has allowed me to make powerful changes to who I am becoming.

⭐️ Indeed, it was being coached before I left my marriage that gave me the self-confidence to finally leave my marriage! And this is what inspired me to want to be a coach myself – to heal myself and change how I show up in relationships – to stop the generational abuse that my parents and grandparents experienced – not only for myself but especially for my children…and in time, their children – so they know what a healthy relationship is.

💡💡 What I experienced though is that before you can make bigger changes to your life – you have to want to move out of the quicksand and feel like you are living again. It takes a LOT of energy to even stop the downward spiral that can occur following a relationship loss before you can start moving forward and upward again.

🌈 And that’s why I’ve created this 2 hour live online workshop to teach people 5 proven steps to healing following a long term relationship loss. It’s a process to stop the downward spiral and start moving upwards again – without beating yourself up, getting angry and blaming others or denying what happened. 🌈
